Q. What is Safex 7-day Return Policy?
A. gives you the option to replace and/or return the products bought on within 7 days of the receipt of the order.
You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied:

• With the quality of the product
• With the fitting of the product
• Or if you receive a damaged product
All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exceptions to the Return Policy:
Products which have been tried to install, used, with scratches shall not be eligible for returns.

Q. If I am not satisfied with quality of the product, can I return it?
A. Certainly! Report your concern by filling the Contact Us form within 7 days of receipt of your order. Once the product passes the quality check, we would initiate the refund/replacement as per your choice.

Q. Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back? Will I get the money back?
A. Once you have raised a return/replace request on, we will arrange for a reverse-pickup of your product. The delivery charges for your return/replace will be borne by us. In case the facility of reverse-pickup is not available at your location, you will be required to ship the product to us.

Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Refunds Policy
Refunds will be processed in 7-10 working days, through the same online mode.
